3. Yourhomestay.com does not guarantee placement for any guest, nor does it guarantee a guest placement for any host.

Member/host obligations:

1. All information you provide on Yourhomestay.com must be accurate and true. In the event that we find incorrect information associated with a member, we reserve the right to cancel his/her registration with the Yourhomestay.com website.
2. Members shall not attempt to sabotage or harm the Yourhomestay.com website in any manner.
3. Members shall not attempt to post obscene and/or objectionable material on Yourhomestay.com. This includes images, written text, and any other form of information that can be entered onto the website.
