We live 5 minutes from Porirua which has all shopping requirement. Bus stop is at the bottom of our street which goes to the Train station. It takes 20minutes by train into Wellington City. Many people catch the train into the city each day. We live 2 minutes walking distance to a beautiful beach which we overlook from our house. My husband and I work full time I am a Primary teacher and he is a builder. My husband has a 9 Year old son who stays with us during the holidays and every other weekend. We enjoy the outdoors kayaking, fishing, surfing, diving etc. We are happy to welcome people into our home for short or long term stays and the price is neg depending on your stay. For long term stays the average price would prob be $2200NZ dollars per week including all meals however we can neg to suit preferences. We have often had poeple stay who prefer to cook their own meals and that is no problem the price would be cheaper.
